I-80 west at Exit 2C - Fremont St./Folsom St. Approaching Exit 2A - Fifth St. Overhead for US-101/San Jose/Golden Gate. I-80 is not signed on overheads from the point on.

I-80 west at Exit 4 - Treasure Island/Yerba Buena Island. This is on Yerba Buena Island in the San Francsico Bay - halfway across the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge.

I-80 west at Exit 8A - West Grand Ave./Maritime St. This is the last exit before the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge

I-80 east at the I-580/I-80 split (Exit 8B). Use I-580 for Download Oakland/Hayward-Stockton. Use I-880 for Alameda/San Jose. I-80 traffic turns towards the Bay Bridge.
