Signs From Washington

Shields for old routes - US-195/US-2/US-10/US-395 on Maple Street. This is interesting in a few ways. First of all, the stacking of the route numbers within the marker itself. Secondly - US-10 is decommissioned in the western US. US-195 used to end in Sandpoint, ID - following the current route of US-2 through Spokane. Currently US-195 ends a few miles to the west at I-90. Finally, there is no mention of I-90 on this sign, which is where this sign is posted at an onramp to I-90.

WA-278 To US-95/Idaho. Taken at the corner of W Emma and S 1st St., in Rockford. The Idaho border is about 5 miles to the east.

I-90 east at Exit 277B - US-2 West/Spokane Airport/Fairchild AFB and Exit 277A - Garden Springs. This was taken on a snowy morning.

I-90 east at Exit 282 - WA-290/Trent Ave./Hamilton Street. I-90 East to Coeur d’Alene (ID) overheads.

WA-397 North at I-182/US-12/US-395 in Pasco. Merge right for US-12 East to Walla Walla and Lewiston (Idaho). Continue over freeway for I-182/US-12 East/US-395 South to Richland. Continue straight for US-395 north.

Begin WA-14 at I-82 (Exit 131). Use I-82 west to Kennewick and Yakima. Use I-82 east to Umatilla (Oregon).

US-195 north offramp at WA-271. Use WA-271 South to Oakesdale and Steptoe Butte State Park. Turn left for Rosalia and Steptoe Battlefield.
