I-25 north at Exit 186 - BL-25/Bus. US-20/Bus. US-26/Bus. US-87/North Beverly Street/Bryan Stock Trail. US-20/US-26/US-87 join I-25 northbound. This is the southern end of the Casper business loop. The BL-25 shield has mistakenly been replaced with an I-25 shield.

I-129 West/US-20 West/US-75 South - South Sioux City. This sign assembly is incorrect as it shows I-129 as I-29 and it also uses the state name of IOWA, even though it is placed inside of Nebraska.

I-80 East approaching Exit 310 - BL-80/Curtis St. This is the western end of the Laramie business loop. The BL-80 shield is incorrectly displayed as an interstate shield.

US-40 East/US-191 North approaching UT-121 in Roosevelt. The UT-121 shield is incorrectly displayed as US-121.

US-138 West shield incorrectly signed as NE-138.

MT-35 south at MTS-209 in Bigfork. The MTS-209 shield is incorrectly displayed as a MT-209 shield.

US-50 West at UT-125 and UT-136 in Millard County. Turn right for UT-125 east; straight for UT-136 north. Turn left to continue west on US-50. The UT-136 shield is incorrectly marked as US-136.

End UT-261 North at UT-95 in San Juan County. The UT-95 shield is signed incorrectly as US-95.

End UT-261 North at UT-95 in San Juan County. Turn right on UT-95 east for Blanding; left on UT-95 west for Fry Canyon. The UT-95 shield is signed incorrectly as US-95.

End Succor Creek Road at OR-201. Use OR-201 south to Homedale (Idaho); use OR-201 north to Adrian. The OR-201 shield is incorrectly marked with a US shield.

US-20 east approaching US-26 in downtown Vale. The US-26 shield here has been incorrectly signed using the Oregon state highway shield. So it appears to be a US-20/OR-26 junction.

US-20/OR-34 west at turnaround To US-20/OR-34 East in Philomath and western end of one-way couplet. Use US-20/OR-34 East to Corvallis. Notice the US-20 shield is incorrectly displayed using the Oregon state highway shield.

US-20 East (NE Harrison Blvd.) at OR-99W at (NW 3rd St.) in Corvallis. Turn right for OR-99W North to Monmouth and Portland. Continue straight for US-20/OR-34 West/OR-99W South to Philomath, Ocean Beaches, and Eugene. Notice the OR-99W North shield is incorrectly displayed as a US highway shield.

OR-99E at Big Muddy Creek. The OR-99E shield here is not a typical Oregon state highway style, rather a plain white circle. There were a few shields along or OR-99E in southern Linn County that were not standard.

Entering Adel on OR-140 east. Adel is a small community in southeastern Lake County, Oregon. The OR-140 shield is incorrectly signed with a US highway type marker.

US-160 west approaching US-163. US-163 is incorrectly marked here as AZ-163.
